Are these products safe for sensitive skin? 

 

Our products are made with natural, organic ingredients and are suitable for all skin types. However, every skin type is unique. We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. If any irritation or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

 

What happens to my body butter during shipping in the winter months? 

Cold temperatures may cause temporary changes in texture. Let the body butter sit at room temperature for a few hours until it softens and returns to its normal consistency.

*Shipping & delivery

Each product is carefully handmade. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. Order confirmations and tracking information will be sent to your email and/or phone number once your package has been shipped.

*Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us so we may assist in resolving the matter.

 

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving your order via email. For any questions or concerns regarding our products, we encourage you to reach out prior to purchasing.
